so much to do!

What is a large business, well it doesn’t really matter how we define it in numbers but it has probably grown to a size where there is so much going on that it is impossible for one or two people to see everything, everyday.

It’s at this stage that, regardless of the type of operation, the symptoms of ‘surprise’ start to show:

We don’t understand why we got those results
I thought the overdraft negotiated would be enough
If only we had allowed for that
We shouldn’t be nervous about expansion but we are
I don’t know if it is profitable or not

Some of these are down to the natural inclination of putting effort where it is best understood and hoping that everything will be okay – and sometimes that works. Perhaps you’d be glad of some help for the rest of the time.
