You have got the business underway and but might like some help.

I seem to be spending all my time at my business but for no reward. I want to make more money and work less hours.
Where am I making money and where am I losing it ?
What will be the effect on my business of the changes planned ?
How can I find someone I can trust to talk through my ideas with?

I’d like control over my cash
I don’t mind paperwork but don’t want to drown in it. Can I handle this more effectively?
I expect others to meet their deadlines and I’d like to meet mine, I don’t want fines for being late.
I’d like to take on staff but don’t want the admin hassle
Maybe I should be a limited company instead
